Kate is a mobile remedial massage therapist, and a NurtureLife registered practitioner through Pregnancy Massage Australia. She provides treatments tailored to your individual needs in the comfort of your own home. All equipment and oils are provided. Kate provides a mobile service in the Blue Mountains region including Leura, Katoomba, Wentworth Falls, Blackheath, Lawson, Hazelbrook, Springwood and surrounds. Her pregnancy treatments aim to provide relaxation and support for the ongoing changes during pregnancy while targeting and relieving specific conditions and areas of pain or discomfort. Her remedial treatments aim to relieve pain, tension and restricted movement resulting from stress, strain, posture or overuse. She uses a combination of swedish and deep tissue and release techniques together with stretching and mobilisation. Her relaxation treatments use swedish massage and release therapy and are a great way to relieve stress and fatigue and help the bodies natural restorative processes. Kate has 2 children of her own and a good basis for understanding the effects that the different stages of pregnancy can have on the body and how massage can help. She also draws on her own experience of how stress can effect the body and how massage can restore balance and energy and help you live life to the fullest.
